Points are automatically credited to your account upon successful completion of a program. This typically happens within 24-48 hours after completion.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. We'll notify you before any points are set to expire.
Currently, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
You can view your current points balance in your student dashboard under the "Rewards" section.
We're offering retroactive points for programs completed within the last 6 months. Contact support to have these points added to your account.
In most cases, points-based discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Special exceptions may apply during certain events.
